The company Coccovo srl collects the experience of over 40 years of Inter-municipal Cooperative Farm through which it runs the chain of production of eggs in the vicinity of the collection center.

This is to guarantee a total control on the entire chain, from the feeding of chickens, the production and selection of eggs, up to the delivery of the product to the end consumer.  All this,with time handling and technologies which can ensure absolute freshness and reliability of the product to large retailers and advanced retailers.

Coccovo srl is emerging quickly in its market segment with a brand synonymous with quality and freshness.

THE NEEDS

  • An integrated information system, from business office to agents' management/attempted sale, from logistics to purchase management up to the administration; 
  • Automating the sales network through an integrated SFA (Sales Force Automation) system; 
  • "Eggs management" procedure, typical of this sector, to ensure the efficient management of customers' orders.
  • Structuring the purchase of orders from the commercial network of agents and automating the process of attempted sale (management of measurement units, packaging, gifts, cash management)
  • Managing inbound logistics planning with the creation of the bulks and management of packaging.

THE SOLUTION

In just three months, Arti Informatiche has managed to implement an integrated solution able to cover all business functions, as well as to ensure the traceability of the bulk, from its creation, to the delivery to the store This has been possible by installing Ideale2005 as a business ERP and the integration of the logistics department solution represented by Ideal Mobile, for internal logistics with movements in real-time, and by IdealeSFA, to support real-time distributed sales network on the territory. Thanks to the collaboration between Coccovo Srl and Arti Informatiche, it has been possible to build a project bringing in a contemporary range of technologies:

  • Ideale2005, an evolved ERP for business management in the areas of Administration, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics and production.
  • The inclusion of the departmental solution represented by IdealeSFA in order to automate the management of the agents and van under the "attempted sale".
  • The introduction of the logistics department solution represented by IdealeMobile to manage automatically and in real-time,  the unloading of the finished product from the production and the management of the movement of production lots.
  • Biz-link procedure with EDI standard to automate the flow of information from Conad's information system's active cycle.
  • The implementation of Business Intelligence has given the Management the necessary information on the progress of the company in a timely manner.
  • The implementation of Supervisor to structure the control of the most critical processes in various functional areas with automatic operational notifications.
