The Eurovo Group is the largest European reality as regards eggs, egg products and egg derivatives. It monitors and manages all production stages and working directly. It has 16 production plants in Europe, with stores and distributors located in a widespread manner throughout the country. 80 refrigerated and insulated proprietary vehicles serve stores within 12/24 hours.

THE SOLUTION

Eurovo established a partnership with Arti Informatiche, implementing and verticalizing Ideale 2005 management system, customized according to the specific features of agri-food sector. This put it in a position to develop and optimize different information processes, such as:

documents exchange among the group companies: the exit of Company A becomes the entry for Company B;
bulks traceability with breeding and warehouses management, where the eggs come from;
accounting of the returnable packaging;
weighing of the vehicle or individual pallets, with subsequent evaluation of the eggs average size;
sales price lists with different discounts by destination of the goods;
sales price lists related to the ever-changing market prices;
agents commissions connected to the sales price bracket;
travels of the carriers with automatic issue of transport orders to the carrier;
enhancement of sales Delivery Notes grouped by type of billing, billing group, time of procedure;
import of attempted sale documents and revenues;
grouped customers accounting documents with total balance of assets and liabilities.

THE BENEFITS
