The continued growth and success in global markets has made it possible to create an organizational structure, a production capacity capable of delivering a wide range of solutions for its target market and flexibility in order to provide custom proposals and solutions for each use and/or specific area of ​​use.

The success achieved in recent years has also pushed the company to undertake internationalization strategies in the North American and Chinese markets, with production facilities on site.

• An integrated information system from administration to production, to guarantee control over the planning of the 6 production lines 
• Manage the planning of internal warehouse logistics with movements in real time
• Manage the inventory in a revolving manner without stopping business
• Manage the scheduling of shipments with the introduction of the UDC management in the Sales department
• The introduction of attributes management, which can be autonomously defined, for standardization of items details and encoding of finished products
• Production planning (MPS), according to a mix of MTO (Make to Order) and MTS (Make to Stock)

THE SOLUTION

It has been implemented Ideale2005, an integrated information system for managing all business functions, along with IdealeMobile for the management of internal logistics.  The long-term partnership with Arti Informatiche has allowed Siliconature to plan in the years the introduction of applications and technologies to support business strategies such as:

• Ideale2005, an evolved ERP for business management in the areas of Administration, Treasury, Management Control, Purchasing, Sales,  Logistics, and production.
• The Wi-Fi coverage of logistics and production departments for the inclusion of Ideale Mobile, which allowed to carry out all the logistical movements of both semi-finished and finished products in real-time
• The introduction of an integrated environment for the planning of production (MPS), in the planning of both purchases and domestic resources, designed as work centers (CRP).
• The introduction of CRM-type solutions natively integrated with the management environment to support the sales organization in the operational management of the pre-sales
• Ideale2005 internationally, with functional coverage to manage the U.S. sales subsidiary and the future production site in China
