• An integrated information system, from administration to treasury and management control, from purchase to sale, from logistics to production;
• cut the information replication between the old management software and the logistics departmental, using a natively integrated single system;
• manage internal logistics movements of the warehouse in real time;
• manage the inventory in a revolving manner without stopping business;
• manage the shipments scheduling based on the actual material available;
• production schedule (MPS) based on logics, which are linked to sales forecasts contextually and analyzed with the average daily consumption and reorder point;
• management of work Center capacity via a Gantt chart, included in Ideale2005;
• management of the production's progress in an automated way by detecting the production actual timing;
• management of the work account with monitoring of the materials stocked by contractors and processing advancement;
• management of the control of the actual cost of purchasing and production with the possibility to have automatic updates to the standard;
• graphical management of costs trends for raw materials in order to define a policy for selling prices of finished products.

THE SOLUTION

Arti Informatiche has implemented Ideale2005, an integrated information system for managing all business functions, along with IdealeMobile for the management of internal logistics using a WI-FI device. Thanks to the collaboration between Fac and Arti Informatiche, it has been possible to create an innovation project bringing in a contemporary range of technologies:

• Ideale2005, an evolved ERP for business management in the areas of Administration, Treasury, Management Control, Purchasing, Sales,  Logistics, and production;
• Wi-Fi coverage of logistics and production departments for Ideale Mobile inclusion, which allowed to carry out all the logistical movements in a structured way and in real-time;
• introduction of IdealeMobile in production for the management of advanced production and detection of the actual timing of the procedures;
• introduction of an integrated simulation environment for the planning of production, in the planning of both purchases and domestic resources, designed as work centers and labor centers.
