The attempted sale is a sector with high potential for business.  Thanks to the Mobile technology, you can streamline and simplify its management, automating the typical tasks of those working in the area, synchronizing the relationship between external operators and the company, making possible an exchange of information updated in real time with a quality of data allowing to accelerate and improve the logistics of all processes.

Offline approach: To give more autonomy to the sales force that operates on the territory, they can be provided with mobile tools including an onboard database containing all the critical information for the business. This way, the clients and/or prospects base with related trade conditions, the product catalog with pricelist, the availability of products in stock, the administrative situation of the client etc.. can be localized. There are also available all the commercial features that allow to issue offers and/or orders, as well as tax documents, offline, as if connected with the corporate information system.

Synchronization: the offline approach allows to synchronize the information between your mobile device and the corporate information system. This can be done by Wi-Fi network, if the operator works within the company, or via GPRS through an appropriate SIM card inserted into the device. The synchronization can be configured by the operator, who can perform in a massive way, or only choosing the data of interest on a selective basis. This way, an operator who has just acquired an order can choose to sync only that order by inserting it directly into the corporate information system.

Order collection: The Order Collection Module meets the needs of a complex sales structure that requires the integration of two separated elements:

  • the internal activity of the company, mainly oriented to the management of stock, orders and staff; 
  • the second consists of the sale and collection of orders.

The Order Collection Module solves the problem of transmitting the information gathered or issued by the agents, updating the data associated with inventory and stock availability, as well as with new customer data, data sheets, loads, temporary visits, and other ancillary information.

In the Sales area can be managed invoicing and billing, with or without enhancement. You can also view and manage the entire customer list, or only the visiting ones, or, specifically, check the status of the customer to work out different sales policies, taking into account deadlines, payments, insolvency, and so on. Articles can be searched via barcode, description, identification code or filters by groups and subgroups.

The Stock area features help you manage the assets "in transit" on the vehicle: the initial load or inventory, loading and unloading of goods, inventory list with related value.
