The attempted sale (off truck sale) is a sector with high business potential. Thanks to the Mobile Technology, you can simplify its management, automating the typical tasks of those people working in the territory, synchronizing the relationship between external operators and the company, making possible an exchange of information updated in real time with a data quality allowing to accelerate and improve the logistics of all processes.

Offline approach: in order to make the external sales force more indipendent, it can be provided with mobile tools including on-board database containing all the strategic information for the business activity. In this way, you can always have the whole set of clients and/or prospects including related commercial terms, the product catalogue with pricelist, the availability of products in stock, the administrative situation of the client etc. There are also available all the commercial functions that enable you to work with a offline approach in issuing offers and/or orders, as well as tax documents, as if you were connected with the corporate information system.

Synchronization: the offline approach includes the possibility to synchronize the information between your mobile device and the corporate information system. This can be done through Wi-Fi, if the operator works within the company offices, or via GPRS through an appropriate SIM card inserted into the device. The synchronization can be configured by the operator, who can synchronize data in a massive way, or only select the data of interest. In this way, the operator who has just received an order can choose to synchronize only that specific order by inserting it directly into the corporate information system.

Order collection: the Order Collection Module meets the needs of a complex sales structure that requires the integration of two separated elements:

  • the internal activity of the company, mainly oriented to the management of stock, orders and staff; 
  • sales and orders collection.

The Order Collection Module solves the problem of transfer information, gathered or issued by the agents; it updates all data associated with inventory, stock availability, as well as with new customer data, data sheets, loads, customers visits and other information.

In the Sales area you can manage invoicing and billing, with or without assigned values. You can also view and manage the entire customer list, or only the ones included in the visit plan. It is possible to verify  customer status in order to create different sales policies, taking into account deadlines, payments, insolvency and so on. Articles can be searched via barcode, description, identification code or filters by groups and subgroups.

The Stock area functions help you to manage the assets "in transit" on the vehicle: the initial load or inventory, loading and unloading of goods, the list of the unsold items with related value.
