Product Cost

The "Product Cost" module allows to determine the initial and total cost of a product then used by other management procedures such as budget, industrial accounting, and warehouse to carry out specific processing.

Strengths

  • Display of machine and labor costs per unit divided by cost center, with the possibility of having past, present and future operating costs available
  • Definition of standard cost of the materials for the new fiscal year, giving the possibility to apply variants in the form of value or percentage compared to the current year
  • Calculation of estimate cost of the products using the BOM and product processing cycles
  • Detailed analysis of the initial cost: cost of the materials divided by category, labor, machinery and work account divided by cost center
  • Reports of the enhanced bill of materials, of the synthetic and analytical cost sections, and cost variants
  • Management of additional costs compared to the initial, aimed at determining the total cost of the product, with specific attribution to the product or one of its cost components in the form of both absolute and percentage value
  • Printing of the item's cost sheet showing the total cost of the item divided in all its components
  • Ability to historicize the cost configuration of a given item, and then to be able to see and compare it at any time.
