RMA

The "RMA" module allows the management and classification of returned goods and is particularly useful to electronic industry companies, or to companies managing the inventory through serial numbers.

Allows to define, once the serial code of each item has been determined, whether it is possible or not to replace it or repair it under warranty, as well as to classify the types of fault detected.

Makes it possible to create notes of the goods returned by the customer by serial number, as well as automatically generate the repaired returned item for warranty service or out of warranty.
