RMA

The "RMA" module allows the management and the classification of the returned goods and is particularly useful to electronic industry companies and to companies that manage the warehouse through serial numbers.

Once the serial code of each item has been determined, it enables the user to define whether the item can be replaced or repaired under warranty, as well as to classify the types of detected fault.

It creates notes of the good returned by the customer, by serial number. It also automatically generates the repaired returned item, under or out of warranty.
