Passive cycle

In the passive cycle, you can manage:

  • Check of incoming goods 
  • Loading of Materials 
  • Preparation of Delivery Notes 
  • Detection of any Debit Notes to the supplier 

The check of the incoming materials allows to quickly identify possible discrepancies between the provider's documents (Delivery Note) and the value actually observed at the moment.  At the same time, the operator can detect any non-compliance of the delivered material and direct it to an appropriate area for further investigation or returning it to the sender.

The material, marked in this case by bar-coded labels, can be placed into the physical/logical  warehouse by the operator and above can be loaded into specific locations of the warehouse in order to promptly detect its availability and allocation.
