Production

In the Production area, you can manage:

  • Check of incoming goods 
  • Loading of Materials 
  • Preparation of Delivery Notes 
  • Detection of any Debit Notes to the supplier 
  • Declaration of quantity of materials and processing times on a machine using a spreadsheet 
  • Declaration of quantity of materials and processing times on a work center

  • Declaration of returns and waste 
  • Research of work centers reports, machines and operators

  • Displaying of execution time for each operator

The various stages of production, meant as phases of processing of any raw material or semi-finished products, will be "reported" to the information system by appropriate measurements of the material used, not only quantitative, but also of the actual time occurred for each processing order.  Notification of time for machine and/or labor will be provided in real time in order to quickly summarize the processing order, based on actual data and not on standards.

Each processing step will identify any production unloads and/or loads on the various production lines, handling so-called "Work in progress" virtual warehouses, best identified as machine board warehouses. Any semi-finished or finished products are then loaded into the warehouse with the ability to specify their precise location.
