Production

Production area is in charge of:

  • tally of incoming goods; 
  • loading of materials; 
  • preparation of delivery notes; 
  • detection of any debit notes to the supplier; 
  • declaration of materials and processing times of a machine using a spreadsheet; 
  • declaration of materials and processing times of a work center;
  • declaration of used materials related to the orders;
  • declaration of returns and waste; 
  • searching work centers reports, machines and operators 
  • records adjustement;
  • displaying execution time for each operator; 
  • weight sheet worksheets print.

The various processes of production, as phases of processing raw material or semi-finished products, will be "reported" to the information system by appropriate detection of the material employed, not only related to the quantity, but also to the time needed for each working order.  Time notification for machine and/or work will be provided in real time in order to summarize the work order according to real data and not to standards.

Each working step will identify  production unloads and/or loads on the various production lines, managing the so-called "Work in progress" virtual warehouses. Semi-finished and finished products are then loaded into the warehouse, with the possibility to specify their precise location into the warehouse itself.
