Processing cycles

The "processing cycles" module allows you to define everything that is inherent to the details of the production structure of the company: from the calendars (with the determination of time and available resources, even on different shifts), machinery, labor groups, departments and the various work centers.  

Through this module, you can completely plan internal processing and corresponding materials and semifinished products to be used in the production process.  It uses an algorithm of the M.R.P. (Material Requirements Planning) type, which allows an accurate determination of material requirements.  Substantially, the macro-functions of this module are the production planning which aims to determine the goods to be manufactured in time, in order to cover the needs arising from customer orders and  internal production  , which includes the issuance of internal processing orders, good sampling from the warehouse where the materials arrive, to the actual place of work, and production statements.  

This module allows the compilation of the work cycle and is therefore the point of access to the production.  Allows to build different cycles per code, leaving the user with the option to define a default cycle or choose which cycle to use.  The cycle is seen as a set of steps, which may be reported or not, recorded in the warehouse or not.  In order to handle more than one cycle for the same item, the module provides management of the versions, such as the technical, commercial, production, costs departments version.  

Enables the management of the overlap between phases with a time-based criteria or depending on the total number of items, in order to reduce the production lead time.
