Work account

The "Work account" module enables the creation of the work account orders both manually from the production and automatically by the confirmation of the general reorganization proposals arising of the needs analysis procedures.  Once the orders have been issued to third party suppliers the module manages the issuance of transport documents for the materials (taking into account the materials provided directly by the third party and their warehouse stock), and finally the loading of transport documents for the purchase that will unload the warehouse of the third party.

The module is integrated with the bill of materials and will handle the return code from the account work, through the organization of the returned goods.

Everything is integrated with the management of the price lists, which allows price allocation both by code and, where relevant, by code - phase.

  • Management of phase work account, where the item coming out is not returned and its code is not changed, and management of code work account where the coming out and the re-entry of the good lead to code change
