Resource efficiency

The "Resource efficiency" module,   through the integration with the entire production area, can reschedule the dates already proposed during the planning and analyze the consequences a shift of the planned orders may have on the production.

The resource planning is based on the work center concept, whose occupation  is to managed both in a tabular and graphic way by Gantt charts.

Strengths

  • Management of cost estimates according to bills and processing cycles, with the possibility to compare theory with practice, based on production records collecting data from the actual materials used and actual time taken for the execution of a production order. 
  • Ability to detect the timing of resources (machines and workers) both with optical reader PCs and mobile palm PCs, with the ability to detect the time by production order, and single processing phase. 
  • Possibility to verify the efficiency of a resource compared to the theoretical values ​​entered in the management software. 
  • Collection of input and output stamping through the use of badges/biometric detection/touch screen and wireless detectors (with very limited time of installation and start-up)

Comparison and analysis between the stamping and production data for the workers and between management and production for the machines data.
