Production Orders

The "Production Orders" module allows the visualization and the processing of production orders generated by the confirmation of the planning procedures. According to the materials listed in the production orders, you can go through the required "material issues" for production with automatic procedures or picking lists.

It allows the management of the picking list of materials needed for a single order or a group of production orders, as well as the handling of the list of materials with mobile devices that guide the user and considerably reduce errors in data charges.

The reporting of production orders, possibly through the use of mobile devices, enables the recording and the final balance of the production, taking into account the time and the materials used.

  • production order management, including the replication (on the order itself) of the materials order belonging to the bill and the cycle-phases;
  • production order status management;
  • possibility to change materials and stages at any time of the production process, plus the possibility to re-execute MRP in order to verify the consequences on the rest of the production;
  • ability to change internal phases into external ones and vice versa, issuing contract work orders;
  • production batches management;
  • management of both finished and consumed materials waste; 
  • ability to survey the timing of resources (machines and workers) and the produced quantities, both with personal computers optical readers and mobile palms,  including the ability to detect the time for production order and single processing phase, in real time; 
  • production orders and job orders final balance in order to measure the profitability.
