Production orders

The "Production Orders" module allows the visualization and processing of production orders generated from the confirmation of the planning procedures.  On the basis of materials in production orders, you can run the samples needed for production with automated procedures or pick lists.

It allows the management of the pick list of materials needed for a single order or a group of production orders, as well as the evasion of the list of materials with mobile devices that guide the user and greatly reduce errors in data charges.

The reporting of production orders, possibly through the use of mobile devices, enables the recording of production in stock and a final accounting of the same, taking into account the time and materials used.

Strengths

  • Managing the production order with replication on the order of the materials of the bill and phases of the cycle.
  • Management of status for the production order.
  • Possibility of changing materials and stages of production at any time with MRP replay to verify the consequences on the rest of the production.
  • Ability to change internal phases to external and vice versa, issuing work account orders
  • Management of production batches
  • Waste Management of both finished and consumed materials.
  • Ability to detect the timing of resources (machines and workers) and produced quantities both with optical reader PCs and mobile palm PCs, with the ability to detect the time by production order, and single processing phase, in real time.
  • Final accounting of production orders to measure profitability
