Customer orders

The "Customer orders"  module manages payment modes, applied discount, payment of any charges, date of delivery and delivery to different destinations.  There's also a special confirmation procedure allowing the creation of offers which, once accepted, can automatically become sales orders.

When filling in the order you may activate control on availability, which allows you to monitor the items in stock and their availability.  There is also a feature that allows you to highlight the orders that can be processed and to ship them through a picking list.

Thanks to the delivery date, you can correctly schedule the deliveries to be made and plan the supplies accordingly.  Using the priority field you can indicate through automatic procedures which orders are to be processed first, where the items in stock are not sufficient.

By managing the lots, the user can make material commitments and consulting customers order portfolios is useful to check the delivery status of the goods.
