In January 1995 we came up with the idea of taking on new challenges in application and technological development. Through the establishment of Arti Informatiche, Fabrizio Saro and his small staff of employees set themeselves the goal of realizing a management framework characterized by reliability, performance and completeness of content. An ERP for Microsoft environment. The strategy was to act as a serious and reliable partner, representing an important point of reference for Microsoft in the Information Technology scene. In 1995, the company obtained "Microsoft Certified Partner" certification, distinguishing itself for expertise in the general scenario of software companies.

2011. New localization project in Serbia

After the success obtained with Tunisia Localization Project, Arti Informatiche has completed a new localization project in Serbia. The Serbia Project starts from the need of our customer , Benetton, to manage new manufacturing plants in the serbian market.

In Ideale2010 all the local normative and fiscal standards are implemented, including the chart of accounts and the Serbian dictionary;  the accounting, financial, logistic and warehouse areas are managed with double currency (Euro and RSD).

Thanks to the collaboration with its customers and the use of Bizlink application, Arti Informatiche has completed the integration between Ideale2010 and the systems of the mother company. Due to this integration, several automatisms has been implemented: production orders acquisition with detailed information about external and internal work stages, loading of moving material for production stages, advanced introduction of the related invoice. Ideale 2010 manages several elements:  the complete production cycle, in particular the progree of the work orders, logistics of internal and external warehouses, as well as the movement of materials according to the mandatory management of weight (kg) of Serbian regulations.

The integration with Supervisor is helpful in order to check anomalies in the execution of workflow tasks , concerning both data import from the mother company and the correct management of the production orders. 

2010. Ideale 2010. The "all in one" ERP.

The added value of "All in One" includes all the benefits of the 2010-2011 program. Just one product and one supplier to meet the multiple needs of business organization. Complete content, cost saving and a simple design are the key elements around which we have designed "All In One" application.

Cost-effective and technologically advanced, Ideale2010 is characterized by a particularly interesting "ROI" . The scalability of the product, consisting of over 50 applications, provides the possibility to configure itself in the best way possible according to the company size, as well as to meet the needs of different vertical markets.

Flexibility and easy customization are guaranted by "parameters and settings" of every application module. These parameteres and settings activate different algorithms depending on the business environment and on customer's specific needs.

2009. B2b and Content Management

Processes globalization and content distribution. These are the drivers that influence the success of a company.  According to the market logic, our customers need more efficient tools in order to distinguish theirselves from competitors. Therefore, we guarantee companies the possibility to be present at any time, place and with the correct information. Ideale Web Access is the answer. This application enables specific procedures for the management of B2B connections in Web mode.

The E-commerce website is in charge of sales transactions, while conveying all the necessary documentation to support the published products.

With Biz-Link, the path leading to'ERP2 begins.  This represents the possibility to speak with other management softwares based on standard communications related to EDI tracks and XML files

2008. Ideale SFA. The mobility.

Mobility is constantly growing.  The need to provide sales staff  with tools able to communicate in real time with the management software leads to the creation of a product called Ideale SFA (Sales Force Automation).

2007. Opportunity Plan.

The CRM solution of Arti Informatiche is created in a completely Web-based environment. After a develpoment and design long phase started by our laboratories several years ago, the company is now able to present a project that can operate in a completely declarative mode.

2006. Verticalization. Pharma, Tourism.

In order to acquire more and more expertise and give greater efficiency to the application procedures, a series of vertical solutions is designed to manage even the most complex business areas in the most efficient way.  Pharma sector is a very important project, later subjected to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) validation rules.

Regarding the tourism sector, we developed a specific area that can manage all the organization practices in relation to the management of the incoming. The management of allotments and relative practices sets the application in a constantly increasing area.

2005. Ideale 2005.

The vision.  The major technology implementations included in the version of SQL Server 2005, let the company turn the Ideale2000 application into Ideale2005.  Artinfo User Manager is the tool that enables all the applications developed by Arti Informatiche to obtain information related to the user: security configuration, modeling menu applications, definition of restrictions, language management, application help etc.

AIMedia. AIMedia is the application that first introduces e-learning activities regarding distance learning divulgation. Through this tool and the multimedia technologies, another important phase of technological growth is established.

2004. Multiproduct. Ideale Mobile

Technology is in our DNA.  Ideale Mobile is designed as a real logistics and production department software.  Even in this context, Arti Informatiche creates a technological gap between itself and its competitors. The Ideale Mobile application is built in Windows CE and Windows for Pocket PC technology. 

Visual Taylor.

The product configurator, originally designed with service-oriented technology, guarantees the automatic structuring of bills of materials and processing cycles.  The need to separate the code of management procedures from the configuration procedures one, enables to separate the operating logics of the application from those  of the configuration; as a result, power and flexibility were achieved.

2003. Internationalization.

The internationalization of the procedures begins in 2003. The wish to distinguish ourselves, lets us face new challenges that go beyond the border.  The realization of  the Romanian version is the first approach to the issue of Ideale 2000 localization in other languages ​​and fiscal systems.

2002. Euro Commitment.

All our customers remember how efficiently Arti Informatiche has managed the transition to EURO currency.  Through the Helpdesk, both direct and indirect customers were automatically converted to the new currency, bringing out all the necessary data within few minutes of processing.  The evolution continues...

2001. Implementation of the Partner Program.

The establishment of an affiliate program enables the creation of a partnership program. The process of facilities integration on the territory enables the company and its qualified staff to be closer to the customers and to respond effectively to every kind of need.

2000. 2000 Certified! Success!

Windows 2000 Certified. We obtained the most coveted certification only after 12 days of the verification sessions opening. In addition, we were the first international company to become Windows 2000 certified.  This was a reason of great pride and satisfaction for all the staff.  Ideale2000 was finally created.

1999. The Helpdesk.

IdealeNT has a growing base of installations on the territory, more than 100 installations on end-users operating in different business sectors.  This requires the creation of an initial Helpdesk tool that will constitute the true company workflow, able to automate all internal processes at organizational and operational level. The organization is now a distinguishing factor.  Thanks to this technology, Arti Informatiche would be able to automatically update, via Internet, all its products installations starting from 1999.

1998. Artinfo.

A special company in Romania is established; a development center with high added value, around which the company built its real technological distinguishing factor.  The establishment of a development group with an important technological Kkow-how enables the rapid creation of IdealeNT, a large scale management software which would stand as a valid ERP application for SMEs.

1997. Ideale NT.

The first version of the application in Client/Server technology was created.  The need to mark new technology applied to the actual procedures realized with Visual Studio, specifically with the programming language C++, establishes an element of clear strength and undisputed performance.

1996. The Activex.

The creation of a set of ActiveX controls characterizes the starting point of the whole project.  Since we do not want to depend on other software houses, our effort to achieve a set of COM tools was incredibly huge.  The need is to make RAD (Rapid Application Development) a tool like C++: an important task is to build the basis of management software.

1995. The Establishment.

The establishment of the company coincides with the period in which the Information Technology scenario, in particular Microsoft technology, was characterized by a different range of business solutions, mostly realized with unreliable and poorly performing File Server Technology. Due to a accurate developing and planning phase and above all the awareness of the real needs of SMEs based on the market, the company aimed to build a management platform with solid foundations.
