In January 1995 we came up with the idea of taking on new challenges in application and technological development. Through the establishment of the company Arti Informatiche, Fabrizio Saro and his small staff of employees have set themselves the goal of realizing a management framework characterized by its reliability, performance and completeness of content. An ERP for the Microsoft environment.

The strategic objective was to act as a serious and reliable partner, representing a significant reference point for Microsoft in the Information Technology scene. Back in '95, the company was certified as "Microsoft Certified Partner", immediately giving an impression of distinction and true professionalism in the overall scenario of software companies.

2011. New project of localization in Serbia

After the positive validation of the localization project in Tunisia, Arti Informatiche has carried out  with success a new project of internationalization in Serbia. The Serbia Project starts from the need of our Benetton customer to manage new manufacturing plants in the Serbian market.

In Ideale2010 all the local normative and fiscal standards are being implemented, including the chart of accounts and the Serbian Dictionary; besides the accounting, finance, logistical and warehouse areas are managed with the double value (Euro and RSD).

Arti Informatiche, in collaboration with the customer and the use of the Bizlink application, has performed the integration between Ideale2010 and the systems of the mother house. This has permitted the realization of different automatisms in which: acquisition of the production orders with a detailed information about external and internal work stages, loaded of travelling material for the stages of production, advance introduction of the relative invoice cover letter. In Ideale2010 are managed a lot of elements: the complete production cycle, in particular the advance of the work orders, logistics of internal and external warehouses, as well as the movement of materials in conformity to the obligatory management of weight (kg) according to the Serbian regulations.

The integration with Supervisor permits checking anomalies in the execution of tasks for the workflow, concerning both the data importation from mother house and the correct management of the production orders. 

2010. Ideale 2010. The ERP simply all in one.

2009. B2b and Content Management

Processes globalization and content distribution. These are the drivers that influence the success of a company.  The awareness that, within the market logic, our customers need more efficient tools to stand out from their competitors, faces us with the problem of realizing the opportunity for companies to be present at any time, anywhere, with the correct information . A fast answer to that is Ideal Web Access. This application allows specific procedures for the management of B2B connections in Web mode.

The E-commerce website allows the transaction of sales, while conveying all the necessary documentation to support the published products.

With Biz-Link, the path leading to'ERP2 begins.  That is the chance to speak with other management software based on standard communications related to both EDI tracks and XML files

2008. Ideale SFA. The mobility.

Mobility is a constantly growing expression.  The need to equip sales personnel with tools able to communicate with the management software in real time leads to the creation of a product called

Ideale SFA (Sales Force Automation).

2007. Opportunity Plan.

The CRM solution of Arti Informatiche is created in a completely Web-based environment After a lengthy design work, begun inside development labs several years before, the company is able to present a project that can operate in a completely declarative mode.

2006. Verticalize. Pharma, Tourism.

In order to acquire more and more expertise and give greater efficiency to the application procedures, a series of vertical solutions is designed for the application to effectively cover also very complex business areas.  The Pharma environment is a truly impressive project, later subjected to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) validation rules.

In the tourism field is created a specific area that can handle all the organization practices in relation to the management of the incoming. The management of allotments and practices allows the positioning of the application also in a constantly increasing area.

2005. Ideale 2005.

The vision.  The major technology implementations included in the version of SQL Server 2005, push the company to turn the Ideale2000 application into Ideale2005.  Artinfo User Manager is the tool that allows all applications developed by Arti Informatiche to obtain information related to the user: security configuration, application modeling of the menus, definition of restrictions, language management, application help etc..

AIMedia. Application that introduces the first e-learning activities into distance learning. Through this tool and the multimedia technologies, another important phase of technological growth is established.

2004. Multiproduct. Ideale Mobile

Technology is in our DNA.  Ideale Mobile is created as a real logistics and production department software.  Even in this context Arti Informatiche proves it can set a GAP against its competitors.  The Ideal Mobile application is now built in Windows CE and Windows for Pocket PC technology. 

Visual Taylor.

The product configurator built from the start in service-oriented technology, ensures the functional coverage of a topic such as the automatic structuring of bills of materials and processing cycles.  The need to decouple the code of management procedures from  that of the configuration procedures allows to decouple the operating logic of the application from those  of configuration; as a result, power and flexibility were achieved.

2003. Internationalization.

The internationalization of the procedures begins . The need to prove ourselves on the field faces us with the ability to accept new challenges that go beyond the border.  The realization of  the Romanian version is the first approach to the issue of localization of Ideale2000 in other languages ​​and taxation systems.

2002. Euro Commitment.

All our customers remember the effectiveness with which Arti Informatiche has managed the transition to the EURO currency.  Also through the Helpdesk, both direct and indirect customers were automatically converted to the new currency, bringing out all the necessary data in few minutes of processing.  The evolution continues ...

2001. Implementation of the Partner Program.

The establishment of an affiliate program starts the creation of a partnership program. The process of gradual integration of facilities on the territory allows the company to be close r to the customers with its qualified staff able to respond effectively to every kind of needs.

2000. 2000 Certified! The consecration.

Windows 2000 Certified. This most coveted certification is acquired only after 12 days of the verification sessions opening.  Arti informatiche was also the first international company to become Windows 2000 certified.  This is a matter of great pride and satisfaction for all staff.  This way, Ideale2000 was created.

1999. The Helpdesk.

IdealeNT acquires a growing  base of installations on the territory ,beginning to exceed 100 installations on end-users operating in different business sectors.  This requires the creation of an initial Helpdesk tool that will become the true workflow  of the enterprise, able to robotize all internal processes at the organizational and operational level. The organization is now a distinguishing factor.  With this technology, Arti Informatiche will be able to update automatically, through the Internet, all installations of its products starting from1999.

1998. Artinfo.

A special company in Romania is established, a development center with high added value, around which the company will build over time its real  technological distinguishing factor.  The establishment of a development group with an important technological Know-how enables the rapid creation of IdealeNT, a large scale management software which will stand as a true ERP application for SMEs.

1997. Ideale NT.

The first version of the application in Client/Server technology was created.  The need to mark the new technology applied to the actual procedures carried out by using Visual Studio, specifically with the programming language C++, wants to establish an element of clear strength and undisputed performance.

1996. The Activex.

The creation of a set of ActiveX controls characterizes the starting point of the overall project.  The will not want to depend on third-party software houses, involves the massive effort to achieve a set of COM tools.  The need is to make RAD (Rapid Application Development) a tool like C + +: an important task to build the basis of management software.

1995. The Constitution.

The constitution of the company coincides with a period when the Information Technology scene, particularly within the Microsoft technology, is characterized by a diverse range of business solutions for the most part in File Server technology, unreliable and poorly performing. Thanks to careful study, planning, and above all the awareness of the real needs of SMEs based on the market, the company aims to build a management platform with solid foundations.
