The verticalization of the  tourism industry enables travel agencies to manage issues relating to the booking of facilities such as rooms, tours, and transfer.

The management of the purchase contracts is provided with the generation of the availability and allotments for each precoded Hotel.  The price lists can be configured directly from the management software and offer the opportunity to identify the right price for every service provider.

The management of purchase contracts allows the verification of product availability, both in terms of quantity and day and release, the overhead cost for the generation of price lists through the use of markup, the management of closing periods of  the hotel, products management in multiallotments mode, the management of minimum stays and rack rates and the management of high/low season.

Ideale2010 allows the management of the allotments through which you can vary the type of allotment, the days of release, the availability of the allotments (rooms) increasing or decreasing the amount available per day. Suballotment management, however, allows to create actual stores of availability for special customers, where part of the specific availability of the agency is transferred.

Files management is in a real booking through which occurs the room availability during the selection of products of the accommodation type (room).
