Support for Partners

Arti Informatiche aims to enhance its partners, providing them with comprehensive support during the Training and Assistance phases, up to the activities of Marketing and Sales

Marketing Support:

  • Corporate marketing (trade fairs, magazines) with the aim of creating visibility  to our partner network
  • Regional marketing in co-participation, on a local basis, with competent local partners.
  • Co-marketing: co-participation in local initiatives designed to present the products (Events, Demos, Brochures,...)

Sales Support:

  • Sales and pre-sales operators that support Partners in business and product presentation.

Technical Support and Service to Partners:

  • Staff in charge of electronic and telephonic technical support.
  • Helpdesk available via internet of all reports made, with the ability to monitor the progress of the development
  • Helpdesk for distribution via the Internet of any updates to the Partners or end customers
  • Calendar of training courses in order to maintain the skills of the partners aligned with the headquarters of Arti Informatiche
  • Constant support of Arti Informatiche consultants, for project analysis and training at the end customers' locations.
